They walked me through the process and timeline. They were also super accommodating when I had to take a last minute flight for work and had to pick up my car a couple days after it was finished. Also, they polished my headlights, which was not part of the original service plan, but greatly appreciated! "I brought my 2010 Lexus to Century 1st at the suggestion of GEICO after it was sideswiped in a low speed accident. There was significant damage to the entire left side panels and rear quarter panel. Andrea greeted us promptly and assessed the necessary repairs. She is knowledgeable and very pleasant. Shortly after we left we received a text from Arman, the estimator, who communicated with GEICO and gave us a proposed completion date of 7/21. He continued to text throughout the process to update us, and on 7/21 Andrea called to tell us the work was complete. The car was returned in fabulous condition with no indication of any damage at all. We could not have had a better experience and highly recommend Century 1st for body work and collision repair."
